Vanja Priestley-Nigh -Therapist, Counsellor, Mental Health Advocate, Facilitator

Are you struggling with…

  • Depression and a state of physical and mental exhaustion?

  • Anxiety that makes everyday life tasks difficult?

  • Events that have happened in your family or past that have been kept buried?

  • Feeling like every day is just concentrating on everything but YOUR needs?

  • Wondering how you got to this place in life?

  • Low self-esteem and never feeling like you are enough?

  • Relationship difficulties and struggling to identify the habits and resolution?

  • Parenthood, work/life balance?

Hi I’m Vanja,

I’m grateful and excited to have you here, welcome.

I hold a Bachelor in Applied Counselling and am a qualified individual counsellor/therapist, couples/family therapist, facilitator, coach, mental health advocate and empowerer of human spirit.

It all started in 2016, entering my own first counselling session, knowing that this is what I want to do. Several years later, I began studying counselling, which has led me to where I am today, helping both men and women break intergenerational patterns, heal and become the most authentic versions of themselves.

I understand and empathise with the challenges of acknowledging, searching, and accepting support. I’m here to make that all a little bit less daunting!
